Chococurb is a chocolate discovery experience. We're helping people discover extraordinary chocolate with our monthly subscription boxes and through our shop, where they can purchase incredible chocolate products.

Inside each Chococurb box, you'll find assortment of several delicious chocolate items. These items can come from small, local chocolatiers to more established, national brands. Every box will have something new, exciting, and absolutely delicious.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you bought from our store, please contact us at support@chococurb.com and we’ll see what we can do to change that.

Do you offer exchanges on products purchased from the shop?

No, we’re sorry, but only one promo code per order.


How do you ensure that my chocolate doesn't melt in the spring, summer and warm weather states?

When shipping to destinations with temperatures of 72 degrees °F or higher, we use a styrofoam shipping container, ice packs, and insulated bubble wrap to ensure your chocolate doesn't melt. Warm weather shipping is required during the months outlined below to guarantee your chocolate doesn't melt.

Please refer to the chart below for warm weather shipping pricing. Prices are prorated based on subscription or gift subscription commitment periods.


Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Unfortunately at this time we don't ship outside the U.S. Check back in 2018 to see if we've made changes.
