A Letter to Chococurb Customers from Co-Founder and CEO Roger Ling

Dear Chococurb Members,

In December 2014, we launched Chococurb with the hope of surprising and delighting chocolate lovers everywhere by helping them discover wonderful, new chocolates. Every time a box arrived at their doorstep, they would immerse themselves in an incredibly exciting experience. Today, we want to share an important decision we have made.

Despite our best efforts adjusting strategy, improving efficiency, and investing in technology, it has become clear Chococurb has not grown as we anticipated. Following a thorough strategic review, we have reached the unfortunate conclusion we are not able to continue. As a result, we have decided to end our business immediately and begin navigating the closure process.

Even in the face of these unfortunate circumstances, I want to thank you for being a customer. You’ve given us your time, money, and support, which are some of the most valuable things you can share with someone. In closing, I’d like to express our deepest appreciation.

Whether you’ve been a Chococurb member for a few months or several years, I want you to know how much we value and are grateful for you. Though we are saying goodbye today, I hope we helped you discover extraordinary chocolate and you continue enjoying your new favorites.
